DIY Couple Keychain Tutorial

Today, I’m still sharing a couple keychain with you all. It’s particularly beautiful and is a keychain with male and female symbols. The symbol represents male and represents female. So this keychain is especially suitable for couples. First, show you the finished product.
The method of making this male and female symbol keychain is very simple. It mainly uses the sparrow head knot and the flat knot.

These two basic knots are very simple. Friends who don’t know how to do them can learn these two knot types first. The double connection knot is used at the beginning part.
Here comes the tutorial:
1. Take a piece of thread and fold it in half. Make a double connection knot at about 6 cm.
2. Make a loop with the threads on both sides. Those who don’t understand can check the video tutorial on the homepage.

3. Take another piece of thread and fold it in half. Make a sparrow head knot on the loop just made.
4. After making the sparrow head knots on both sides, tighten the two looped threads to form a circle.
5. Use the two middle threads as the core threads and the two adjacent threads to make a flat knot.
6. Make a flat knot of a certain length, then turn it over and use the core threads to make a flat knot.

7. The appearance after tightening the first flat knot.
8. The flat knots at both ends are done.
9. Use the two right threads to make a flat knot. The method is the same as before.
10. After making the flat knots on both sides, cut off the excess threads and burn and stick them. The female symbol is completed. Now, here comes the male version tutorial. The front part of the male version is the same as the female version, so there is only the second half of the tutorial.

11. The flat knot at the front of the male version needs to be made longer. Just make two flat knots at the tail.
12. Make a flat knot with the two threads as shown.
13. At this step, we need to make the flat knot into a √. Make half a sparrow head knot with the thread closer to the tail. As shown, the thread should pass through the middle core thread to form a hooked arc.

14. Tighten the thread to form the hooked arc.
15. Do the same on the other side, cut the thread ends and burn and stick them. Done.
