Start cutting from the bottom, being careful not to cut through. Repeat the process to create four green and four white crepe paper pieces. Bend one end of the green wire into a hook. Take a green strip and apply white glue on one side, then roll the hooked end along the green crepe paper.
Use an awl to roll the crepe paper into a curl. Repeat the process to create the second piece of crepe paper. Continue in the same manner, rolling green and then white. Cut out leaves and prepare thin wire. Cover the leaves with white glue and attach the thin wire in the middle, wrapping around the base of the flower. Finally, wrap the flower stem with green paper tape, and your fresh crepe paper chrysanthemum is ready.
